We accept Visa, Mastercard, Cash and eTransfer. Fees are set in accordance with the recommended guidelines put forth by the BCACC.

Private counselling is not covered by MCP, although it may be covered by extended health insurance if you have coverage for a clinical counsellor. Many extended medical plans cover counselling services provided by Registered Clinical Counsellors (RCC) with a Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology (MACP). Please check with your employer or insurance company to verify that you will be covered.


Missed or broken appointments represent a cost to us, to you and to other clients who could have been seen in the time set aside for you. We ask that 48-hour notice be given to cancel appointments. Appointments cancelled within 48-hours or failing to appear without notice will be billed for the entire session.
